Introduction

Thank you for considering purchasing our recruitment intelligence platform and related modules (referred to as “Subscription Services”). This document outlines the terms governing your use of the GogHR.ai platform.

Interpretation

In these Standard Terms, apart from where the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms have the following meanings:

Add On: Any optional feature or functionality described in the Service Agreement.
Agreement: These Standard Terms together with the Service Agreement.
Affiliate: Any entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with a party.
Applicable Laws: Laws applicable to a party’s performance of this Agreement.
Artificial Intelligence (AI): Systems performing tasks mimicking human intelligence.
Customer or You: The individual or entity using the Subscription Services.

Services and Subscription

The GogHR.ai platform provides AI-powered recruitment automation. You agree to use the platform per these terms and the Subscription Agreement. We provide a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during the subscription term specified in the Agreement.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring all authorized users comply with these terms. Unauthorized access or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Payment of Fees

You agree to pay all fees for the Subscription Services as outlined in the Service Agreement. Fees are payable within 30 days of invoice issuance. We reserve the right to increase fees upon renewal, with prior notice.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if you breach these terms or fail to pay fees. The Agreement may also be terminated if a party becomes insolvent or violates applicable laws.

Data Usage and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data according to applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to our processing and storage of data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you provide, but we reserve the right to anonymize and use it for service improvements.

Intellectual Property

GogHR.ai owns all rights to the platform and related materials. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the platform or its components without explicit permission. Feedback and suggestions submitted to us may be used without restriction.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid during the subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time by providing notice. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of Dubai.
