At the Nextech MiddleEast HRSummit 2024, held at the Conrad Hotel Dubai, UAE, in collaboration with ETHR World Summit, we proudly showcased our AI Interview platform for the first time, marking a significant milestone for GogHR. Our innovative solution was designed to help companies streamline their hiring processes, enabling them to save valuable time, evaluate a broader pool of talent, and make more informed hiring decisions.

We had an impressive stand that attracted many HR professionals from diverse industries, all of whom showed immense enthusiasm for our product. The conference was a fantastic opportunity to connect with these professionals, and we engaged in many productive conversations about the challenges and needs faced by HR teams today. Many attendees expressed keen interest in our platform, and we arranged numerous follow-up meetings. We were thrilled to see so many excited participants claiming their free accounts, which included 30 interviews to start testing the platform firsthand.

Beyond the immediate interest, we gained invaluable insights into additional features and functionalities that HR teams are seeking to improve theirrecruiting workflows. Several professionals highlighted the need for support in multiple languages, integrations with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and seamless connections with major platforms like SAP and Oracle. These conversations have opened the door to exciting new development opportunities as we look to enhance our platform to meet the evolving needs of HR departments worldwide.
